OUR APPROACH
We love to work with clients who view us as a value added partner! We particularly love to work with companies in growth mode with a compelling story to share! Despite what you may hear great candidates are always in high demand and need a unique reason/opportunity in order to engage and win them.
We learn your story, your culture, values, your ideal candidate profile and then we market your “story” to the candidates we identify and engage for you.
We carefully screen candidates for work history, previous success, motivators for making a career change, a demonstrated ability to be both collaborative and yet individually contribute to their employer’s growth and success. We tend to avoid folks who change jobs annually, change career paths frequently or have long unexplained periods of unemployment. Not to say some of these situations can occur with otherwise solid candidates but often these are markers for people who tend to move around too much or not play well with others in a team culture.
We’ll have 2-3 conversations with every candidate we find who’s interested in our position; only after having these lengthy conversations do we determine who the ideal candidates are for our client. We then submit them with our assessment and recommendation as well as their compensation history and targets.
We then expect to get initial feedback from our client within a day or two and the first interview set within a few days, followed by prompt feedback. Either way we want to get back to the candidate quickly with a “yes, you’re moving into further interviews” or a “Thanks so much for being interested, our client is continuing to interview”. We owe the candidate this feedback given the time they’ve already invested with us during the screening process.
